WORLDMARK GRAND LAKE

Worldmark Grand Lake sits on a peninsula at the south end of Monkey Island, steps from the Grand Lake O' the Cherokees shoreline. Public fishing access is directly across the street, and boating, water skiing, and windsurfing can be enjoyed on the lake. Bernice State Park is 6 miles from the resort.

Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a gas fireplace. A private patio or balcony with a gas barbecue grill accompanies every unit, and satellite TV with a DVD player is standard. Murphy beds in the living room extend sleeping capacity within each suite.

A seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a seasonal hot tub are on site. A fitness center and a business center are available. A 24-hour reception desk is staffed at all times.

The game room has a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, ping pong, and a large set of checkers. An indoor play room and a movie room provide entertainment for children. The property also has an outdoor barbecue and fire pit area and a half basketball court.

Three 9-hole golf courses in the Shangri-La Resort area border the property, and fairway views extend from many suites. Darryl Starbird's National Rod and Custom Car Hall of Fame Museum is a nearby attraction, and Historic Har-Ber Village is a 30-minute drive away. Shangri-La Resort is located next door.
